At MPBIAN, we value your satisfaction. While our digital services (like courses, exams, and content) are typically non-refundable, we offer limited refunds under specific conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- The course or book you purchased is not accessible due to a technical or system issue.
- You made the purchase by mistake and have not consumed the content.
To be valid:
- The refund request must be made within 3 days of your original purchase date.

- The email must include your email address or phone number used during registration and the course/book name.
How Refunds Work
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used (Bkash, Nagad, bank account, card).
- If your request is valid and approved, it will be processed within 10 working days.
- MPBIAN will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been approved and processed.
Important Notes
- No refunds will be issued if your request is made after 3 days from the purchase date.
- No refunds are applicable if you have already completed or significantly consumed the course content.
- MPBIAN reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
- Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider and platform (website or mobile app).
- We do not offer refunds for non-payment-related reasons like change of mind, preference shift, or rating.
